Q. If I book a consultation am I committed to buying my flowers from The Secret Garden?

A. The Secret Garden offers an initial no obligation wedding consultation free of charge.

 

Q. Are prices the same all year round?

A. Beware of prices at peak trading times in the florists calendar such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day.

 

Q. Once I have recieved my quotation, how long before I have to book?

A. The Secret Garden operate on a first come, first served basis and as with all good wedding services, dates get booked up quickly.

 

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?

A. Yes, a deposit of £25 is payable to secure our services for your wedding date and will be deducted from your final bill. 

 

Q. When do I have to pay?

A. Brides are invited to view the flowers the day prior to the wedding day final settlement of the bill is required at this time.

 

Q. On the wedding day, how will we get the flowers?

A. We are happy to deliver by prior arrangement.

 

Q. Can I hire stands for my pedestal arrangements and vases for my table arrangements.

A. Arrangements quoted include the hire and collection of stands and vases.

 

Q. Can I make changes after I have placed my order?

A. We will endeavour to fulfill any amendments to your order.

 

Q. Can I have my flowers moved from the church to the reception?

A. Yes at an extra cost.

 

Q. Will The Secret Garden work within my budget?

A. Yes, absolutely.

 

Q. What should I bring to the flower shop when I have my wedding consultation?

A. A colour swatch of the bridesmaids gowns, a picture of your bridal gown and any pictures of design styles you would like to work towards for example traditional or contemporary.
