Flower Delivery

Here at The Secret Garden we offer a full delivery service Mon - Sat.  Local deliveries within a fifteen mile radius of our Jesmond based shop are carried out by our own drivers.  Further afield we use a local courier firm who deliver our flowers nationally.  We are also members of Teleflorist who provide a national and international delivery service.

Sameday local delivery can be guaranteed when orders are placed before 10am.  National sameday deliveries in most cases can be guaranteed when orders are placed before 11am. International orders usually require 24 hours notice due to different time zones.

If a recipient is not at home, our driver will try a neighbour, or return the flowers to the shop.  The driver will leave a card with instructions as to which of the above has been carried out.  Flowers can be re-delivered at the recipients earliest convenience.
